Team Space – Connecting the dots in a special project
At Crossline Marketing we evolved managing branding projects small and big, using our creative input to shape up some of the landmarks around here. While doing so, we quickly grasped that great brands don’t just stand out; they inspire. Thus, when presented with the new challenge of creating the identity for Team Space we knew we needed a fresh look, that spoke about the drive to innovate and transform ideas into reality.
The brief said: ‘Team Space stands as a symbol of free-flowing creativity and structured efficiency. The brand values teamwork and the dynamic exchange of ideas—concepts that had to be visually represented in its logo design.’
Visual Identity Elements
Using the connected T and S through dots was an early on idea. It passed as it represented collaboration, the flow of data, and the synergy within a strong, unified team.
Through the Creator archetype and a colorful but elegant designed visual identity we embodied a strategic representation of interconnected thinking, where each element plays a role in delivering a unified experience.
For maximum recognition and visual impact, Team Space’s identity follows a well-defined structure:
- Logo: The interconnected T and S illustrate the continuous exchange of knowledge and creativity. The logo maintains strict proportions and should never be altered in terms of shape, color, or orientation.
- Typography: Nexa Bold and Nexa Book strike the perfect balance between strength and clarity.
- Color Palette: A curated scheme ensures a strong and memorable brand presence.
“Team Space is represented by the Creator archetype, an archetype driven by the free flow of creation—while remaining within certain control parameters. In this delicate balance, we find various brands and companies that value and promote the free expression of ideas, imagination, and “outside the box” thinking. The Creator is a visionary, nonconformist, and authentic. They are driven by the desire to create something meaningful and special. Primarily motivated by their need to produce and create exceptional works and inventions, Creators fear mediocrity the most.”
